The story behind the art....

Begins in 1928 with Carlo Boffi, who as an artisan, achieved the reputation as one of the best chair carvers, capable of reproducing the typical French style of the Louis XV – Louis XVI period. knowledge and expertise pass down Generation after generation, and never lost its artisan spirit that strongly characterized and qualified it and was based on details such as wood engraved details, polishes, and lacquers. The production, was expanded to include all types of furniture. Thanks to the skill and experience acquired through this time of artisans able to carve wood and to create a piece of furniture according to its classic interpretation as a “commodity that lasts over the years,” the company was able to create a series of collections that can be admired all over the world.
